Complaints Procedure

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Horsessecure Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What Can You Bring to Us?

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Horsessecure Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

What If the Problem Is With a Provider?

The plumbers in our network run independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Horsessecure Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How Do You Send a Complaint?

Email contact@horsessecure.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Comes Next?

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

What If You Are Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help too.
